CF: Unlimited launches Monday, April 4th. The change reflects an evolution in style and content for the award-winning site. SAN DIEGO, CA - Jan. 27, 2011 - Liberty Media Holdings (LMH), parent company of leading online gay adult content provider, Corbin Fisher (CF), today announces its acquisition of a 15,000 square foot facility in Las Vegas, Nevada, where it will concentrate its production and post-production facilities.
The new, state-of-the-art facility will allow the company considerably more physical space to accommodate Corbin Fisher's rapidly-expanding operations. Having outgrown its previous Florida facility, the company recently was faced with a choice of finding a new facility in Florida, or find a more favorable business climate in Las Vegas, the decision to locate production and post-production closer to the company's existing San Diego headquarters made logistical sense.
"We're extremely excited and looking forward to building a custom, mega-facility that will accommodate our current business needs and future business plans," said Jason Gibson, CEO of Corbin Fisher. SAN DIEGO, Calif. — Corbin Fisher filed a well-reported lawsuit in November 2009 against the gay tube site, DudeVu. As Corbin Fisher's legal machine geared up, the owners of the site shut it down, but Corbin Fisher sought to bring those behind the site to justice. "They were stealing content," said COO Brian Dunlap. "We weren't going to just let all the prior theft go because they stopped after we went after them. By that point, they'd caused us and numerous other adult studios considerable damage and had illegally distributed stolen content for a good, long while. Just as every single adult content producer is very aware of the damage caused by content theft, we firmly believe every single party guilty of stealing and illegally distributing content should be held accountable."
Today, the case took an interesting twist, as a party that was previously not heard from stepped forward with facts that are potentially damning for defendants David Griffiths a/k/a Tyler Roblan of tylersroom.net, the web hosting company MojoHost, and its CEO, Brad Mitchell.
The Dudevu.com domain name was previously registered to a person by the name of Gail Marion. In court documents filed earlier this year, Griffiths attempted to blame the operation of the site on Gail Marion, and MojoHost and Brad Mitchell both disavowed any knowledge of the inner workings of Dudevu. However, upon learning that the other defendants in the case were essentially using her as a patsy, Marion came forward with an affidavit, sworn under penalty of perjury, that not only did Griffiths run the site, but Brad Mitchell and MojoHost were not mere passive actors in the enterprise.
Marion's sworn statement contains a number of emails between her and Griffiths in which MojoHost and Mitchell's involvement seems to be much more active than their court pleadings suggest. "This certainly is important evidence," said Marc J. Randazza, Corbin Fisher's general counsel. "There was a while where we were not even sure that Ms. Marion existed. While Griffiths was claiming to us she was the party responsible for DudeVu's infringing activities, we suspected she was possibly an alias - a made-up name. We are pleased that she came forward, and we eagerly anticipate Brad Mitchell and David Griffith's statements once they read Ms. Marion's documents." In one such e-mail, Griffiths states to Marion he is, "... tired of taking the fall for Brad [Mitchell]...", who Griffiths then goes on to state was actually in charge of the DudeVu website.
If MojoHost and Mitchell are proven to have been active participants in the Dudevu venture, it would seem to be inconsistent with MojoHosts's prior public relations campaign in which MojoHost claimed that it would never host a tube site, given their commitment to the adult entertainment industry. However, Marion's documents suggest that MojoHost and Mitchell had provided Dudevu with free web servers and other support and, if e-mails sent by David Griffiths to Gail Marion are to be believed, that Mitchell himself may have controlled the Dudevu website at the time of the alleged infringements.
This comes on the heels of similar testimony being provided by individuals who spoke to Mitchell at various functions such as the Phoenix Forum. "We have a number of witnesses who have provided sworn statements that contradict what Mr. Mitchell has argued so far," said Randazza.
CORBIN FISHER AWARDED $1.75M IN PIRACY CASE

SAN DIEGO, Calif. — A federal court has awarded gay adult studio Corbin Fisher a $1.75 million default judgment against Eric Brown, one of the defendants in the studio’s copyright infringement case filed last December.
In addition to ordering Brown liable for the $1.75 million in punitive damages, the judge in the case also held him liable for 70 counts of willful infringement and also included a permanent injunction against future theft of content.
"Clearly, we're pleased with the court's decision," COO Brian Dunlap told XBIZ. "This decision is yet another example of the court's acknowledging our rights to significant judgments, and, more importantly in this case, a law-breaker's considerable financial liability for violating our copyrights."
Dunlap adds the message this judgment sends is clear.
"The message this judgment should send to online content pirates is that there are two very likely outcomes to your illegal activities: considerable legal fees and even greater judgments against you from the courts," he said.
"However a content pirate might justify their behavior, the courts are ready and willing to uphold the law, decide on behalf of the intellectual property holders, and hit them with massive judgments. Content thieves can not, and will never benefit from their illegal activity to the degree a court will hold them liable for that activity - in other words, the rewards simply will not justify the costs. Mr. Brown surely knows that now."
Dunlap says that even though the company probably won't receive the full award from Brown, Corbin Fisher general counsel Marc Randazza told XBIZ that they will nevertheless "engage in collection efforts as aggressively as the law will allow. If you steal our content, we will come after you as hard as we can."
"Here is a man who felt he could get away with stealing from us, and felt he could do so free of consequence, with nothing but his own financial benefit being the outcome," Dunlap added. "Now, however, he'll have this judgment hanging over him and his credit, and spend countless years dealing with our efforts to collect on what the courts determined we are entitled to."
Brown, a Pittsburgh resident, allegedly ran his own counterfeit DVD operation and was named as a co-defendant in the case that involves several individuals using eBay to sell and distribute the studio’s pirated content.
Corbin Fisher said in the suit that defendants illegally manufactured hundreds, if not thousands, of counterfeit DVDs of no less than 136 Corbin Fisher videos altogether.
Corbin Fisher noted in the suit that some of the eBay ads were so brazen that they directed potential customers to the CorbinFisher.com website.
This is the second judgment in the case awarded to Corbin Fisher. In February, the studio won a $990,000 judgment against Texas entrepreneur A.D. Trice who allegedly burned 66 Corbin Fisher videos to DVD and sold them on eBay.

CORBIN FISHER WINS $990,000 JUDGEMENT AGAINST EBAY PIRATE
Legal Action Continues Against Co-Defendants

SAN DIEGO, CA - A Texas man who was caught illegally pirating CorbinFisher.com videos, burning those videos to DVD, and then selling them online, was hit with a $990,000 judgment in federal court after the gay adult producer filed suit against him for copyright infringement.
The near million-dollar judgment held the defendant, A.D. Trice, liable for $15,000 in statutory damages for each of the 66 individual CorbinFisher.com videos he infringed upon through his illegal and unauthorized eBay piracy enterprise. The federal judge acknowledged that Mr. Trice's conduct was illegal, that he willfully and intentionally infringed upon CorbinFisher.com's copyrights, and that CorbinFisher.com was therefore entitled to substantial statutory damages.
Corbin Fisher General Counsel, Marc Randazza, expressed satisfaction with the judgment, noting, "The court recognized our right to protect the material we produce, and this judgment reflects that."
Continued Randazza, "This guy certainly got an education in copyright law. I'd imagine that he is reconsidering whether his little enterprise was a worthwhile pursuit. I hope that this case will stand as a warning to others who are doing the same thing."
Corbin Fisher sued Mr. Trice in federal court after a lengthy investigation in to his activities on eBay brought on by information provided by alert fans of the producer. The investigation revealed the involvement of a number of co-defendants, each of whom have also been sued by Corbin Fisher and are actively being pursued.
"While some satisfaction comes from this judgment," notes Corbin Fisher COO Brian Dunlap, "this is by no means the end of this case. There are co-defendants identified in our suit who can expect us to pursue them. We are seeking damages from them as aggressively as we did with Mr. Trice, as they are no less liable and their conduct no less illegal."
Emphasized Dunlap, "We are entitled to protect our copyrights. No matter how a content thief might justify their actions or behavior, as this case proves, the law is clearly against them and they expose themselves to substantial liability through their illegal behavior."
"Mr. Trice was fully aware his conduct was illegal and not authorized by us, but that did not dissuade him from engaging in it," noted Randazza. "Rather, he went out of his way to attempt to concoct some fancy, elaborate scheme he felt shielded him from the law and liability. We saw through that, and the courts saw through that. That will always be the case."
Although the case against Mr. Trice is over, the case itself continues. Pittsburgh resident, Eric Brown, ran his own counterfeit DVD operation, and has been named as a co-defendant. CorbinFisher.com is seeking an even greater judgment against Brown.
“Mr. Trice faced a potential liability of $9.9 million, but due to his cooperation and contrition in the case, we agreed to reduce our claim by a factor of 10,” said Dunlap. “Mr. Brown has been a lot less cooperative, so we don’t plan to take it easy on him.”

SAN DIEGO, CA - Gay production studio, CorbinFisher.com, recently made a significant financial contribution to gay rights efforts in the state of Florida with a $60,000 donation to Equality Florida, one of the state's largest civil rights organizations, "dedicated to eliminating discrimination based on sexual orientation, race, gender and class". The donation is among several service and charity initiatives implemented by the company and is one of the largest financial contributions ever received by the advocacy group.
The donation to Equality Florida followed a chance encounter, according to Corbin Fisher CEO, Jason Gibson, at a cocktail party.
"Through mutual friends and acquaintances at this function, I had the pleasure of meeting several individuals who spend tremendous amounts of time and energy fighting discrimination against GLBT Floridians," recalls Gibson. Notorious "pirate-blog", GayUp.org, has shut itself down, the site now showing a short message from it's owner/operator to any visitors who happen upon it or seek it out in an attempt to download the illegally obtained and distributed content it was once known for: "Gay Up is closed thanks to Corbin Fisher!"
GayUp.org existed for the sole purpose of illegally distributing stolen video content from numerous gay adult studios, including CorbinFisher.com's, in violation of the producers' copyrights. Its closure follows continuous action against GayUp.org by CorbinFisher.com, including a large number of DCMA takedown notices and other legal actions.
Along with the DMCA takedown notices, CorbinFisher.com sent a subpoena to Google seeking the identity of Gayup.org's publisher, since GayUp.org was hosted on Google's Blogspot/Blogger service. That subpoena appears to have resulted in GayUp's removing all CorbinFisher.com videos from their site several months ago.
However, CorbinFisher.com content reappeared on GayUp.org a short time later. Corbin Fisher then filed a lawsuit against Dragos Badan, GayUp.org's owner/operator as discovered in the information provided pursuant to the subpoena sent to Google.
Depsite GayUp.org's having been shut down, CorbinFisher.com continues to pursue legal action, with lawsuits filed and pending.

New Site Redesign Lauched!

Today we launch our newly re-designed site. This has taken many months of work and many revisions. We have added new features and expanded on many areas of the website. Check out the new Student Body which lists all the fine young men we have worked with throughout our 5 years! Members can now vote on the students through the student body once logged in as well as the videos. We have added a new download format (QuickTime) for the newer videos and will be working to backfill as time permits. If you encounter any problems please send me a message through the Campus Help's Email so it can get fixed quickly for everyone. I want to personally thank all the members (past, present, and future) for your continued interest in CF and I hope that we can build on the success of these past years to move towards a better tomorrow. Hey Everyone!
As some of you may have noticed, all our sites here at CorbinFisher.com - both AmateurCollegeMen.com and AmateurCollegeSex.com - are now entirely DRM-free and Mac-compatible!
After a great deal of testing, studying, deliberation and communication with valued members such as yourself, we began removing DRM from our videos this spring and have finally completed the transition! It's no easy task to make those changes to our entire collection of over 500 (and counting!) videos, but we decided it was more than worth the effort in order to provide all of our members with the most enjoyable, hassle-free experience when accessing our videos.
DRM was introduced some years ago as a technology that promised to protect videos such as ours from piracy and illegal distribution in an efficient, non-obtrusive way. Here at CorbinFisher, we believed those promises and chose to incorporate it in to our sites in the most liberal way possible (we granted permanent licenses so that you could keep your videos forever, unlike many other sites that require active memberships to be able to access their DRM-enabled content). Piracy is a tremendous problem for all adult sites and we're constantly trying to find ways to be able to fight that problem. Unfortunately, DRM didn't offer the kind of solution we'd hoped for and while it did counter piracy to a very limited degree, it was apparent it interfered with many users' experience here at CF to an extent that was entirely unacceptable. What does our removal of DRM mean to you? It means you'll no longer have to acquire a license through DRM to view our movies (that login screen that would popup in your Windows Media Player to start every video is gone). When you click on a link to stream or download one of our videos, it should open right away! It also means that Mac users have full access to all of our videos just as they would any other normal, WMV file (with the free Flip4Mac utility)!
With the removal of DRM comes a great many more options and a great deal more convenience for all of our members, but we plead with you to understand that it also comes with a great deal more responsibility.
The videos you enjoy here at CorbinFisher.com's sites are not free to make. The premium quality of model we work so hard to share with you here at both AmateurCollegeMen.com and AmateurCollegeSex.com are not free to hire. Our hosting setups - with enough servers and high-tech features to put NASA to shame - are expansive and, moreover, expensive! Piracy greatly interferes with any producer's ability to create and distribute content to their members and can seriously risk putting people out of business and putting an end to our enjoyment of hot young men in hot and hardcore action. We implore you to be responsible with what you do with your videos and your usernames and passwords. Giving your friends copies of videos you've downloaded is still a violation of our Terms of Service and will still result in memberships being terminated without refund. Any unauthorized distribution of our videos - whether just a single video or loads at a time - is illegal and causes us a great deal of harm. We're willingly assuming a great deal of risk to remove DRM and offer our members the best, most user-friendly experience at CF and so ask you to please help us out by being responsible with your membership and the videos you download.
We know that the vast majority of CF's members need not even be asked the above. They enjoy the videos, respect what we're doing here, and don't attempt to take advantage of anyone. Unfortunately, there is a small minority that seeks to abuse and take advantage, and they risk ruining the experience for all of us. That small minority makes draconian anti-piracy measures that interfere with everyone's user experience that much more appealing. That small minority damages our ability to recruit top-notch talent, pay top-tier rates, and provide top-quality material. That small minority causes us to spend more time fighting piracy than creating content. That small minority hurts not just us, but every legitimate member paying their hard-earned money and expecting quality and satisfaction. If you come across pirated material and people shamelessly distributing unauthorized files, please let us know so that we may take action against them.
To all of our valued members, we sincerely hope you're now able to view our videos more easily and with less hassle! To new members on Macs... welcome aboard! We're sorry it took us so long ;)

Brand New Redesign Launched!!
It's a big, big day here at CorbinFisher.com, with the launch of AmateurCollegeSex.com as well as this long-awaited - and admittedly overdue! haha - redesign of CorbinFisher.com's AmateurCollegeMen.com! We've spent many, many months refining various aspects of the site, updating and expanding navigation options, and putting together a site that not only looks great but also functions extraordinarily, and here it is!
We've grown a great deal over the last year, and I think this new design is a big step in Corbin Fisher's AmateurCollegeMen.com's growth. I think that we finally have a site that deserves to be what delivers these gorgeous young men and their videos to you, and am certain you'll find your experience here at the newly redesigned site more pleasant, user-friendly, and thoroughly enhanced!
CorbinFisher.com now constitutes two entire sites - AmateurCollegeMen.com and AmateurCollegeSex.com. AmateurCollegeMen.com will be where you can directly go for the college guy solos and guy on guy hardcore videos you know and love, while AmateurCollegeSex.com will feature our straight studs in action with females. Each site will have its own unique and entirely original updates (2 a week on AmateurCollegeMen.com just as always, and 1 a week on AmateurCollegeSex.com), and you can visit each directly by going straight to the site you want to see or continue to come to CorbinFisher.com and choose your destination or switch back and forth from there :)

A note from Corbin and Lucas

As many of you are already aware, I took down all of Lucas' videos a few weeks ago per an agreement that Lucas and myself had made when he first came to work with us just over a year ago. To be honest, I dreaded the day we'd be taking the videos down. I expected a great deal of (perfectly valid and warranted) outrage and hostility from members who had come to enjoy Lucas' videos and the prospect of seeing more. I expected people to feel rightfully frustrated over the videos' removal from the site. Lucas is an amazing young man and a good friend of mine, and a deal was a deal -- so I was prepared to ride the storm out.
I was shocked, however, to find the overwhelming amount of feedback to be the opposite of what I'd expected it to be. I guess I misjudged people and wrongly expected the worst. Don't get me wrong; I completely understand the point of view of anyone that was upset when I took the videos down. People had every right to feel that way, and I was prepared to offer refunds in an attempt to make up for what would have been justifiable dissatisfaction. Instead, the overwhelming majority of you that took time to write in were incredibly supportive of the decision we'd made...and many of you shared your appreciation for having gotten to enjoy Lucas in the first place...and then there were all of the personal notes of support and encouragement many of you asked me to pass on directly to Lucas.
When Lucas himself asked me how his videos' removal had been received, I actually invited him to sit down at my computer for a long while and read through the hundreds of emails we'd received about it -- it was more feedback than I had ever received before on any topic since starting CF a little over two years ago. I showed him your messages that you asked me to pass on to him. After reading them, Lucas and I had a long talk about things and... I guess I can just let him be the one to share the news in his own words.

"Hey!! Well this is my first time really talking to everyone of you one on one kind of, and Corbin asked me to send out a message to all of you! It's about me being on the site and the videos I did for CF already. Back in the day me and Corbin did agree that I would only be on the website for about a year and so this last month was the anniversary of when I first came to work for CF and so the videos came down. I was pretty bummed about it all coming to an end but pretty much was set to move on and do different things. But over the last just about a month me and Corbin have been talking alot about my videos on the site and he let me read up on some of the emails you guys had sent in about my videos being taken down.
This was actually the first time I had a chance to ever really interact with anyone of the members and see what people were saying about me and how they felt about the videos and really you guys just blew me away. I didn't really have any clue that people were enjoying the videos so much. I pretty much expected everyone to just see me and the other guys just as pieces of meat and nothing special and just guys to beat off to haha. But to see how really nice people are and how much they cared was a huge suprise. I think it's great that people really wanted me to know that they hoped the best for me and whatever I did in the future after CF. Seriously it was insane how nice people's emails were.
Me and Corbin talked about it all and talked about me being on the site in the first place and what I was gonna do in the future. Actually we've become pretty good friends since when we first met and so we're open and upfront with each other like that. And I actually asked him about having more of a relationship with CF and doing more here than just being in a movie now and then. I mean it's fun and it's pretty good money! lol. But as far as like a future, career type thing just doing movies now and then doesn't really cut it. That's a big part of why I just was all set to move on. But when we got to talking as friends and as people who have been pretty much doing business together for the last year, I asked Corbin about becoming more involved and having a bigger role here. As well as having the freedom and support to play out some of my own ideas for CF and my own projects. And he was cool with it!
So I'm back!! And my videos are back! And for reals, they are going to STAY! Forever. And I plan to also. And I'm hoping that soon everyone will get to see even more of me and more incredible stuff I have planned and would like to do for CF to be able to get even closer to all of you. I'm really stoked about it all! And I wanna thank everyone who sent me such nice messages and just overpowered me with such nice words. You guys kick ass and I am so glad to still be able to be up on CF for you all as well as work to treat you to even more of me in tons of different ways =)

The massive flooding, damage and loss of life from the devastating August 29th hurricane in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama requires immediate and massive relief efforts from across America. This is without a doubt the largest civil emergency in the history of our country!
While our mammoth Federal government has been slow to respond, the Red Cross has launched the largest mobilization of resources for a single natural domestic disaster in its history, in part because the extent of the damage is so widespread over a large geographical area.
The response includes sending nearly 2,000 staff and volunteers into the field, housing over 142,000 survivors in nearly 500 shelters, and sending more than 250 Emergency Response Vehicles (ERVs) out to provide food and water to affected residents.
The best way you can help is to make a monetary donation to the relief effort!

We have been growing by leaps and bounds (a big thanks to our loyal subscribers!) and have been working hard to improve the site and its performance:
* We are now on a dedicated GigE switch which will give us 10 times the bandwith capacity that we had before!!
We have increased our already sizable server "fleet" by 25%
We improved model search tools in the members area so that they will be a lot more useful!

Really Simple Syndication ("RSS") functionality added. RSS is a format for syndicating the content of sites like CF so that surfers can keep track of whats up with their favorite sites without having to visit each site to see if there is anything new. You will need to install an RSS reader and then copy our RSS URL (http://www.CorbinFisher.com/rssnewinfo.xml) into it.
